I've decided that in 2025 I'm going to be unapologetically me. Sometimes, that means carrying around a tote bag with b@ on it 🤣
My teenage daughters were just glad it wasn't our local McDonald's 😄

♡ Birth Story ♡

I first met this incredible woman when she was 38+6! A little later than we normally start hypnobirthing 😅
But it felt exactly right for her. We completed the course over 2 sessions. She already knew exactly what was right for her and her baby, and was full of positivity about her birth. I just knew that advocating for herself would not be a problem. Read until the last slide to see how she did this, even at the most vulnerable moment.
I am in complete awe of her! ♡♡♡

♡ Baby Massage ♡

You may have seen on my stories that I am thinking about adding baby massage to my offerings. I qualified as an infant massage instructor in 2020 and taught it in a group setting until last year. Recently I have been teaching some of the course to the families I support 1:1.
I would love to offer this more widely....but with a twist!
I want to combine my knowledge as a breastfeeding peer supporter, infant massage instructor and postnatal doula into one package. This will look different for each family as I tailor it to your needs.
♡ Weekly visits for 4 weeks
♡ Learn baby massage
♡ Have space to share how you are feeling
♡ Support to navigate the 4th trimester
♡ Feeding support if needed
♡ A spare pair of hands for a couple of hours
♡ In your own home

♡ Hi, I'm Linzi ♡

I've seen lots of these posts recently and thought I'd join in with some random facts about myself.

My husband and I met in Magaluf 20 years ago! I was a kids rep and he worked in a bar.
Now we live in Glasgow, where I grew up (He is from Essex)
We have 4 children. My oldest is 16 and my youngest is almost 5. We have a miniature dachshund named Frankie. He regularly features in my stories.
I trained with 3 years ago to become a hypnobirthing instructor.
18 months ago, I started working at Amma Birth Companions as a Perinatal Team Leader and have the privilege of supporting so many amazing Mums through pregnancy, birth and those first few weeks of parenthood.
I've also trained as a baby massage instructor and breastfeeding peer supporter. Skills I use all the time!
My sense of direction is awful! Thank goodness for Google maps 🤣
My passion for birth started when I was pregnant with my daughter 5 years ago. I wanted to have more control over my birth 4th time around. And wow, I sure did! It was the most empowering, positive birth I could have hoped for 💕

Anyone who knows me knows that I absolutely love and believe in what I do.
