Here are some affirmations for tonight’s practice so that we can be spiritually in sync as we activate the body, mind and breath to move and flow the direction of LOVE 👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿

💚I am an extension of nature and a divine expression of love.

💚As my consciousness expands I create space to receive infinite love.

💚Loving without attachment helps me appreciate the now moment.

💚 With an open heart I receive divine love in it’s purest form.

💚 I am passionately present.

💚 I see love in all creation.

💚 My inhale opens my heart to allow the universal flow of love to fuel every corner of my being.

💚My exhalation releases all resistance so that the HIGHEST form of love may flow through me and to me, freely.

I love being a teacher during these current timelines who no longer feels restricted by any bounds and limitations. The entire essence of yoga is about obtaining FREEDOM 🦋🦋

In our yoga and meditation circle, we move with intelligence and pause with grace ✨

We bend over backwards and sometimes we fall, but we are committed to turning up for ourselves to practice reconnecting with the courage it takes to stand up right like mountains again 💫🌟

Non of us are perfect at quietening the mind. But we must practise so that oneness with the universe can be obtained. That’s what yoga is all about. Total Union. Oneness. ♥️♥️♥️

Lordy lord I CANNOT WAIT to teach our new students Global Ascension Yoga Teacher Training is launching for the first time THIS MONTH!!

Practicing yoga asanas is a beautiful way to rejuvenate the nervous system and get to know yourself on a deeper more intimate level.

I get inspired by my students personal motivations for why they practice. Today, my sis shared that she practices not just for herself but for a greater cause. To inspire a collective consciousness to health and well-being 🙏🏿 I cherish you.
