Proud is an understatement from where I was at 5 years ago.

What a transformation that I have went through these past 5 years.

I was dead emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually.

I was broken beyond repair!

Every night I would ask to be taken in my sleep!

I was a tortured soul!

I could go on with the details but that’s not me anymore so why would I keep going over it.

It’s like an old relationship that is nothing now.

Me and that version of me are now divorced.

We still have a mutual innerstanding of what it was like to be that version of me but we also innerstand that we have moved on.

It’s not about me reliving that past and the poor me syndrome.

Believe me I done enough of that when I was there.

Every day I fill my heart with gratitude for the person I was and the person I’ve become.

Without each of these versions I would not be here to assist others in coming through these situations in life.

The emotional side was keeping me trapped in lower dimensional frequencies so every other part of my life was suffering.

I released the grief, pain, hurt, fear and all the other deep emotional traumas and programs i was running from my sub conscious mind, body, spirit over these past years and I’m living the best life ever.

I congratulate myself and honour myself every day as I’m truly blessed to be here doing something I love doing.

Assisting others to transform themselves to become the highest and greatest version of themselves for themselves first and foremost on an emotional, physical, spiritual level.

Life can transform in a blink of an eye when you realise that we are beautiful multidimensional beings here on a fun filled adventure.

We have been running programs our entire lives that have been passed down from our ancestors that keep us enslaved in society and our own minds.

These programs keep us on the treadmill of life as we know it and stop us from reaching our true potential.
