Ashtanga Yoga and Breathing Bones

As the season turns inward, this two-hour practice invites you to gently awaken from within.✨⏯️📢⭐
We begin with a warm, flowing Ashtanga sequence to build steadiness and clarity, followed by a deeply restful Breathing Bones session to settle the body and soften into stillness. Expect to feel grounded, spacious, and reconnected with your inner world. A quiet celebration of movement, breath, and winter warmth.
What to expect:
⭐ A gentle warm-up followed by a slow Ashtanga class.
⭐Then a YMG favourite, Breathing Bones, to unwind and restore.
⭐ The session is led by Kat, who draws on years of experience and practice.
