Happier Healthy I have been dedicated to and passionate about health and wellbeing for over 25 years. I am a fully qualified Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.

It is my drive to inspire lifestyle changes in others that result in long term Happier Healthy lives. Jill works with each client on a 1:1 basis with face to face support online or through personalised apps. Jill maintains a small group of clients to ensure each client is receiving the support required to make a change.

Balancing fun & fitness… it’s not always easy! 🥂⚖️
Social nights out are great, but wow — the next day hits different 😅 Dehydrated, skin’s dull, body’s sluggish… the glow is gone the doms are real😂

Still, managed a light walk before football (rest day anyway!) and keeping my nutrition on track ✅
It’s all about balance — enjoy the moments, but learn when to say not this time. Don’t know where I would be without these eyepatches 🤣

Brilliant night at the rugby club fireworks display – amazing atmosphere, great friends, and a few wee drinks to toast some recent wins 🎆 Time to refocus on the nutrition today! Feels like the festive season has officially begun 🎄

Busy week so far! Managing to tick all the boxes I need to daily but it’s hard going! I know consistency is key but it’s not always straight forward! Im lucky I can generally get out a walk in the morning before work so that really helps! Gym time must be planned with no excuses , so far so good! Protein could be better always 🫣

Quick snippet of yesterdays day in the life. After work and smashing a bottle of prosecco all over a shop floor I managed a wee posterior chain session, then it was on to the delights of Halloween 26 🤯🤯

✨ 15 weeks until I turn 50 ✨
I honestly don’t know where the years have gone — but what a journey it is. I’m happy, settled, and grateful, even for the wild and wonderful ailments that come with getting older. Every laugh line, every ache, every lesson… they all tell a story.

Today’s tale starts with the random red swollen eyes and neck rash. Doctors call it an “allergic reaction.” I call it the universe humbling me after a weekend of hijinks in London celebrating my goddaughters 18th! It can only get better.
It’s been another very very busy year and it’s not slowing down anytime soon! How do we deal with this… let’s see! 🩷Back to the gym tomorrow!

I’ve been pushing hard with my cardio over the last few months, loving the class structure and social aspect. I know exactly what to do with nutrition… and most of the year, balance works just fine.
But sometimes, you’ve got to make a choice — stick with the plan or enjoy the treat. 🍾🧁
Either way, the key is owning it and moving forward. ✨

When you have to keep walking to hit the even numbers!! 8 k morning walk. ☀️The last 4 months have been the craziest I’ve ever known!Exercise never stops but as things got a bit bonkers, nutrition definitely slipped. Throw in countless social occasions, lots of fun, and a fair bit of indulgence — and here we are!The summer months can be just as wild, but Its time to hit the reset button. Time to refocus, nourish my body properly, and work towards feeling my absolute best ahead of a big birthday early next year It won’t be perfect but let’s go! 🎉💪✨Let’s gooo! 🚀
