Taylor & Martin Property Management is a property factoring service catering to property owners who desire a hands-on, proactive service. We manage a range of buildings and developments from traditional tenement blocks to new build developments. Taylor & Martin was born out of the belief that property management should be a personal service with the ability to adapt to the wide variety of homeowners and their properties. Our philosophy is therefore centred around strong onsite presence and close communication with all of our clients in order to form relationships with each of them. We achieve this by maintaining a select portfolio of properties, allowing us to dedicate the necessary time to provide a premium service. Taylor & Martin manage a range of services including communal, garden maintenance, buildings insurance, lift maintenance and fire protection services.

This exciting development consists of 9 apartments created through the conversion of the town’s former police station, blending historic character with modern living.

It also marks our first appointment from Braemore Estates, and we’re looking forward to building a strong working relationship together.

We’ve finally finished settling into our newly renovated Glasgow office and it felt like the perfect time to show it off. 🎥

As our Glasgow team has grown, we needed a bit more space to match the momentum. The new office gives us a modern, collaborative place to work right in the heart of the city.

The big move wasn’t too far though… we’ve only gone next door. You’ll now find us at 2A Berkeley Street, keeping us in the same brilliant Glasgow city centre spot.

We’ve been in the news! 🗞️

Taylor & Martin has officially opened our first permanent office in Aberdeen and the news is hitting the headlines.

This expansion follows our appointment as property factor for the 300-home Kepplestone development in Aberdeen’s west end. It's a major milestone for our business and a signal of our commitment to providing high-quality, service-driven property management across Scotland.

Our new Westhill office will along us to bring our proactive, transparent approach to property factoring to homeowners in and around Aberdeen.

Speaking of the new office and expansion, our director Michael Martin said,

“It’s brilliant to have a physical presence in Aberdeen and to have built a team there. We’ve long wanted to grow into the north of Scotland, and now is the right time strategically to make the move."

Investing in Our People - Finding the Fire Within

Yesterday at Taylor & Martin Property Management, we had the pleasure of welcoming Carole Gaskell from Full Potential Group to our office to deliver a powerful session focused on motivation, unlocking potential, and discovering the “fire” that drives us, both as individuals and as a collective team.

A big thank you to Carole for taking the time to come in and deliver such an engaging and thought-provoking session. There were plenty of honest conversations, a lot of reflection, and definitely a few lightbulb moments along the way.

At Taylor & Martin we genuinely believe that investing in our people matters. Taking the time to understand and support each individual doesn't just benefit them personally but it stregthens the whole team. When our team is growing and motivated it allows us to continue delivering the best possible service for our clients.

One of the biggest takeaways was how important it is to explore our motivations not only at work but across our whole lives. Understanding what drives us helps us stay focused, build resilience, and feel more connected to what we do every day.
