Taylor & Martin Property Management is a property factoring service catering to property owners who desire a hands-on, proactive service. We manage a range of buildings and developments from traditional tenement blocks to new build developments. Taylor & Martin was born out of the belief that property management should be a personal service with the ability to adapt to the wide variety of homeowners and their properties. Our philosophy is therefore centred around strong onsite presence and close communication with all of our clients in order to form relationships with each of them. We achieve this by maintaining a select portfolio of properties, allowing us to dedicate the necessary time to provide a premium service. Taylor & Martin manage a range of services including communal, garden maintenance, buildings insurance, lift maintenance and fire protection services.

📍 New Appointment - The Metro Building, Glasgow 📍

We are delighted to have been appointed as at The Metro Building (59 Rose Street) this year. Located in the city centre, The Metro Building is a modern development, with art deco features, made up of 47 apartments, including luxury penthouses, and features residents-only private parking.

As property factor, we’ll be looking after The Metro with a personal, hands-on approach. From keeping communal areas in great shape and coordinating repairs, we’re here to make life easier for residents. We pride ourselves on being approachable and responsive, so homeowners always have a clear point of contact and can feel confident their building is in good hands.

The Masters of the Munros have struck again! 🗻 ❄️

Gordon and Harrison took on another 3(!) Munros this weekend and left their snowy footprints across Carn Aosda, Carn a’Gheoigh & The Cairnwell.

What a fantastic effort from both of them, especially in the freezing temperatures and snowy terrain, all in aid of raising funds for SAMH🩷

Whilst they were rewarded with some fantastic views, Gordon McGlone and Harrison are tackling these summits for our in aid of our charity partner SAMH and our mission is to climg 25 Munros in 2025.

Thanks to Gordon and Harrison, we're only 3 away from our final goal and with the winter weather truly hitting, it's only getting tougher.
