There’s this weird thing that happens when we aim for perfection: we end up doing nothing at all. The salad has to be Instagram-worthy, the walk has to be exactly 30 minutes, the meal prep has to be flawless.

Here’s what actually works: good enough.
The scrambled eggs and toast? Good enough. The 12-minute walk because that’s all you had? Good enough. Tracking most of your day even though you forgot breakfast? Still good enough.

Perfect doesn’t exist. But good enough adds up to real change… and “good enough” beats perfect. 😇
