Main Services i do as a sport therapist here
▫️Deep tissue Massage therapy
▫️Pilates strength and mobility healthcare classes Daytime and evening
▫️MSK injuries/Physical therapy laser and shockwave therapy
▫️Reformer pilates 1-2-1 sessions
My experience working here so far as been amazing learning and experiencing new things everyday about the mind,body and experiences of others and how i can adapt to help them.
