You might think this is silly, or even arrogant, but we genuinely believe that we manufacture the world's best walking cane holder. To date, we haven't seen one that is as well designed in terms of aesthetics, attention to detail (we have the only one with a built in resin additive that kills bacteria for the life of the product) or in terms of overall durability. Some Dropmenot walking cane holders have been in daily use in busy public buildings for over 10 years.

Having said all that, it's still nice to get a Testimonial that bears out what we've been trying to say for years....

Over the last year or so, we've been working hard to show that Dropmenot really is a top-flight, stylish and durable product that can be successfully used to help people with walking canes, in public spaces as well as the home.

Imagine our delight at getting an order to supply over 600 Dropmenots for one of the world's newest and most impressive Sports Stadium\ Sports Parks- the Kai Tak in Hong Kong.

After listening to some of our most experienced retailers, we've had our packaging completely redesigned, to show the benefits of Dropmenot, far more effectively, when hanging up in a shop. We now have the 'in-use' photos, front and sides, Eurohook tabs and all the fitting instructions are now printed directly onto the box. This is a great illustration of why we should be referring to people as having 'different abilities', rather than reinforcing the more negative connotations that can be associated with using the term 'disability'. Attitudes and Environments can 'disable' people.
Small though it is, a Dropmenot can help to 'enable' someone, who is relying on a walking stick or cane, to be that little more independent. That's why more top museums in Europe and Asia have started to take notice of our 'baby' and started installing them.
If it's good enough for cultural venues, it's good enough for your kitchen! 😁

It has meant patients can safely stow away their walking poles or cane during appointment times and keep the clinic tidy, avoiding trip hazards. Equally importantly the Dropmenot has also meant that patients won’t have to bend down to pick up a fallen cane straight after getting adjusted which could potentially undo my good work!

Today was a huge day for us at Dropmenot. Germany's most prestigious museum, The Humboldforum in Berlin, installed a number of our ultra-hygienic walking cane holders around the exhibition and workshop of "Berlin Global", a 4000 square meter sized exhibition on the second floor.

This is now the 5th prestigious museum in Europe to focus on helping people who use walking canes when they visit the displays. We are more than delighted that Dropmenot was the solution that they chose.

As our Dropmenot hygienic cane-holders are often fitted in care homes, we are always interested to see what other devices could make life easier for residents.
