needs turkey on Christmas Day… when your soul is being fed like this? ✨
This beautiful 12-inch handmade Himalayan singing bowl from Nepal has found its way into my hands, and honestly, it’s barely been out of them since 🌀!
Its deep, grounding vibration supports body, mind, and soul — calming the nervous system, clearing mental clutter, and creating space for deep spiritual connection. Yet another reminder to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
I was guided by .whh on where and what type of bowl to purchase when I did my introduction to sound with her — thank you Kim 🤍
But for this bowl, I trusted my husband completely and asked him to choose the one he felt connected to for me. That alone makes this bowl even more special. It was meant for me. 🙏🫶!
Each bowl is handcrafted by skilled artisans, made using traditional Himalayan techniques, ethically sourced, sustainably created, and blessed — each with its own unique serial number as proof of authenticity. Supporting their culture, community, and ancient wisdom 🌍✨
Sound has always been a deeply personal journey for me. I’ve learned over time that not all sound suits my nervous system — some can feel over-stimulating. Almost annoying😳! My brain and body has a need to be soothed by sound.
Discovering about 5 years I was born with very little hearing in my right ear explained so much of my relationship with sound and learning. Now, I choose what I truly resonate with.

I feel incredibly grateful 🙏 to connect with another sacred spiritual tool — one that meets me gently, daily, exactly where I am.
So thankful that my lovely families have allowed me to share this connection over the festivities🙏 . So connected. So blessed 🤍 I can’t wait to share this at upcoming yoga classes start back 8th Jan and ceremonies 31st Dec 🧘🏻♂️💕!
