Mine are:
🧘‍♀️ Meditation

There are many more… but let’s stick with my top 3 for now 💫🙏!
I’m so grateful I get to live and practice what I love 💕!

Life is so busy, and I’ve realised my relaxing time is just as important as my productive time.
Balance isn’t always easy — and I definitely don’t always get it right — but it starts with intention.
Here’s why these 3 are so powerful for me 👇
🧘‍♀️ Meditation – quiets the mind, reduces stress, and helps me come back to the present moment.
🪷 Yin Yoga – invites stillness, releases deep tension, and balances my nervous system.
💆‍♀️ Massage – melts away physical stress, improves circulation, and restores calm from the inside out. Sometimes we need that human touch to truly unwind.

Remember… you can’t pour from an empty cup 🤍
Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish — it’s essential.

Leaf Pose

(pronounced Pah-trah Ah-sah-nah)
Like the trees, we too are invited to release what no longer serves us — gently, gracefully 🍁 I love this Falling Leaf Pose, however this is not a exact pose/asana, it’s versions of many poses… but I love as we practice more, we find deeper extension versions of a pose and meanings for ourselves. Just like a Tree or leaf or a person, none a perfect match, but still can be beautiful aligned in our version 🌳🍂🌴!

Pranayama – the art of breath ✨


Pranayama means the control of prana — our energy, our life force. It’s one of the eight limbs of yoga, yet in my early years of practice (more than 20 years ago now!) I was far more focused on the poses.
It wasn’t until I became a therapist over 7 years ago that I truly began to notice the power of my breath. Later, as I trained in mindfulness meditation, I deepened this connection even more. After my yoga teacher training opened yet another doorway — giving me the space to really study breath, embody it, and share it with others. I had no idea just how much there was to learn — physically, mentally, spiritually — but what a beautiful journey it has been.

Since beginning to teach my own classes, I’ve loved weaving all the different pranayama practices into our sessions. Exploring their benefits, feeling the shifts in body and mind, and sharing that with others has been such a gift.

🌿 Everything in life is a journey, there are no shortcuts.
This is the mantra I return to every week in my class. The more we practice, the more we learn, absorb, and discover what feels good in our own bodies and our own breath.
🧘🏽‍♀️ Here’s to the practice, the patience, and the power of prana.

LIVING IT UP


Thank you all so much for the lovely birthday wishes – they truly made my day ❤️
I was born to be wild... but apparently only until about 9:15pm, when I broke my self-imposed curfew by a rebellious 15 minutes 😹👯‍♀️😻🎉!!
It turns out “painting the town” now .. involves being home for 9:15 , comfy clothes, carbs, and being in bed by 9:30 with a cup of herbal tea. Living dangerously, one day at a time!
Thanks again for all the love — feeling grateful, slightly over-partied, and mildly exhausted 💫💤🫶🙏
