We’re looking for an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist who wants to make a real impact in primary care.

At ProPharm Services, our pharmacists work directly within GP practices, supporting teams, optimising medicines, and improving patient care every day.
The role includes:

• Structured medication reviews
• Independent & acute prescribing
• Medicines optimisation and safety
• Supporting chronic disease management

What’s on offer:
✅ 32.5 hours per week
✅ Flexible sessions across the week
✅ 6 weeks annual leave
✅ Training & development within a supportive clinical team
GP practice experience desirable but not essential.
