Yesterday welcomed United Sports to Craigpark House. Lots of fun and laughter was had with coach Holly and we worked on arms and legs movement, ball skills and everyone got the opportunity to score a goal! Mary was even teaching everyone the Hand Jive moves 😀
They will be visiting the other units in the coming weeks

Our Podiatrist will be in Alexander and Whitehill on Tuesday 3rd February and Craigpark on Thursday 12th February.
If you wish your relative to be seen please arrange to top up their account if needed with Michelle or Stacey in main office

Evening all it appears our phone lines and Internet are back up and running. However we are still experiencing intermediate issues.
We are waiting for a IT engineer to come to the home and identify the underlying issue for a permanent fix.
We apologise for any issues caused

Today we had one of our regional colleagues Nicola and her dog Daisy visit us 🐶
Residents always love to see Daisy and she was warmly welcomed by Margaret and Agnes.
Margaret told me to go away she was keeping the dog 😂

Evening unfortunately we are still experiencing Internet issues in Alexander and Craigpark Units.
Our company working hard with outside contractors to resolve the issues.
In meantime as before if urgent please contact Whitehill Unit. Whitehill Unit can only pass a message on, they cannot transfer you or alternatively email Receptionist.golfhill@advinia.com who can pass messages on.
If we have any concerns we will contact you.
Apologies and we are working hard to resolve this issue

Morning unfortunately phone lines/internet is still down. Our IT department are hard to resolve all issues.
In the meantime office phone is available until 5pm for messages to be passed on.

Phone lines are currently down in Craigpark and Alexander Units.
If urgent please call the main office. Please note we cannot transfer calls from main office we will just be able to take a message
