Shall we meet on December 4th?

It will be a Full Moon.

This particular Full Moon is called the Cold Moon — a name given by the Mohawk people, expressing that winter and the harsh season have truly arrived. The Mohicans called it the Long Night Moon.

The Full Moon has always been a mystical and spiritual event — and always will be. There’s something deeply captivating about the illuminated moon shining across the dark sky.

If you feel called to a Full Moon Ceremony — a virtual gathering, perhaps with a warm drink in your hand — join me on December 4th on Zoom.

Találkozunk December 4-én?

Telihold lesz aznap. Ez a telihold az úgynevezett hideg hold amit a Mohawk hívtak így kifejezve azt, hogy a tél, és a zord idő valóban elérkezett. A Mohikánok pedig a hosszú éjszaka holdjának hívták.

A telihold mindig is egy misztikus, spirituális esemény volt, és lesz is. Valamiért nagyon magával ragadó, ahogy a kivilágított hold a sötét égen tündököl.

Ha van kedved egy telihold ceremóniához, egy virutális összejövetel keretében, akár egy forró itallal a kezedben, csatlakozz December 4-én Zoom-on.

Becoming, for me, means embracing our evolution and honouring that it is a lifelong journey.

And who is The Becoming Woman?

She is you, when you pause long enough to notice the soft call inside.
You lived, worked, played, contributed, achieved - yet, you feel a pull towards more.
Not more hustle, not more noise - but more truth, more wholeness, more life that feels like yours.
You feel a yearning — not for something new to achieve, but for someone new to become. Not by abandoning your past but by gathering its wisdom, its scars, and its beauty.
You are done with living only by logic, rules, or expectations. You crave to weave intuition with intelligence, creativity with strategy, soul with ambition.
You, the Becoming Woman, are ready to claim your next evolution.

On Substack, I share a podcast. This podcast is my voice log of Becoming — raw and unfiltered - sharing my daily life, my musings, my challenges and dreams, as I step into the next version of myself. Where are you feeling lit up in your heart right now? It’s really important. Very easy to overlook the importance of having a happy moment or a peaceful moment in your heart. If we cut those moments out, as a society and as a world, if we don't nurture them, if we abandon them; if we are too traumatized to access them - we don't see them. We create those acts of heart magic. And of course, the Universe, nature, the world of the animal kingdom, so many different aspects will also bring in heart magic. But as humans, one of the highest things we can do is create heart magic for others, experience it in ourselves, know how to nurture and generate it for ourselves, then that becomes part of our energy field.

Mind-body connection in practice means:

When you’re nourishing your body, you are nourishing your mind(set).

When you're nurturing your mind(set), you are nurturing your body.

Do small actions for both daily and notice how YOU, your opportunities, your biz/career, health, relationships, (and your money) grows.
