Silly little habits of mine that help me to nail my nutrition👌🏼

1️⃣ Time-block a routine 1 hour/week for meal prepping - whatever you get done in that hour is what you get done 👩🏼‍🍳

2️⃣ Repeat your favourites: variety is key but that doesn’t mean for every meal or snack of every day needs to be different. Think about mixing up food groups instead, e.g. if you usually pick up bananas and strawberries to add to your porridge every week, why not try pears and cherries next week? 🔁

3️⃣ Forget to take your daily creatine? Habit stack it to something else you do every day without fail! For me, I never forget my morning coffee so it gets thrown in that every day ☕️

4️⃣ Plan to add at least 2 sources of colour (i.e. fruits and veg) at each main meal. If you have a breakfast, lunch and dinner then you’ve already hit your 5 a day (and that’s before you’ve even considered any snacks!) 🥬

5️⃣ Start your day with a high protein breakfast - it makes it x10 easier to hit your protein goals for the day - think greek yoghurt, eggs, high protein yoghurt, adding protein powder to your overnight oats or bircher muesli 🍳

you don’t need to put up with feeling exhausted all the time ❤️🙏🏼

and once you start building your meals well, fuelling your workouts better and timing them well across the day, you will feel like a new human 🙏🏼

don’t underestimate the power of nutrition and how much it can have a positive impact on how you show up in your workouts and day to day life ✨

performance nutrition isn’t just about how you perform in your workouts. it’s how you can show up and perform in every other aspect of your life too - career, relationships, studies EVERYTHING ❤️

if you want my help to make 2026 the year you finally fall in love with fuelling your body to build better energy, strength & body confidence, I would love to work with you.

I have opened 2 spots for 1:1 coaching for December for an immediate start.

DM me the word COACH and let’s chat ❤️

Hear me out… 🙏🏼

These types of foods (something I love to call soul food), can 100% form part of a healthy diet.

Not every food needs to provide nutritional value and sometimes it’s okay to eat just for sheer enjoyment ❤️

Trying to restrict these types of foods from your diet is a recipe for binge eating and having a crap relationship with food.

If you’ve done this before, it’s not that you “failed your diet” but your diet just failed the test of real life.

And yes these things are important but nutrition is about so much more than calories, and macros/micros.

If having a snack that’s not “high protein” or “low calorie” sends you into a spiral, we need a new plan and a complete shift on your mindset.

This is something I talk to a lot of my clients about inside 1:1 coaching, to help break free from these negative thought patterns and add some freedom, flexibility and enjoyment into their food.

Like my client J who got leaner, built muscle and got fitter and stronger from her workouts, all whilst eating more food than ever before, and still regularly including some of her own favourite soul foods (and p.s. her scale weight stayed the same throughout all of this!).

You don’t have to give up your social events (over christmas or anytime for that matter), or all your favourite foods to see and feel results. You just need to understand nutrition better and be open to changing your mindset and current relationship with food so that nutrition is something really positive in your life ✨

I have opened 2 spots inside of 1:1 coaching for an immediate start where you can lock in the lowest price before it increases next year.

DM me the word COACH to secure your spot and let’s navigate and enjoy this festive season together and start the new year with a plan, instead of starting another crash diet that’s only going to last 3 weeks ❤️

Last week I caught myself thinking about a version of me that I honestly don’t miss 🥲

The girl who cut out carbs, did fasted training and survived on hardly any sleep 😣

The girl who thought doing two HIIT classes a day made her dedicated…

The girl who couldn’t take a rest day without feeling guilty, or eat more without mentally calculating how she’d “make up for it” the next day.

And I had this moment where I realised how far I’ve actually come 🥺🙏🏼

Because now?

Now I eat like an athlete and I rest like it’s one of the most important parts of my training programme.

I’m lifting heavier, running better, recovering faster, and have the energy and confidence to actually enjoy life.

And this pattern is something that I see with so many active women when I first start working with them:

They’re doing everything they think they’re “supposed” to do - more exercise, less calories, pushing harder, yet feeling exhausted, flat, hungry, and confused about why their progress has completely stalled.

It’s not a discipline or motivation problem. It’s a fuelling problem - and guess what, it’s fixable 🙌🏼

The women who genuinely succeed with their nutrition aren’t waiting for the perfect time, the perfect routine, or the New Year motivation to come into play.

They build habits, structure, and support so they can fuel their body well but still enjoy the festive season with no stress or guilt attached ❤️

So if you’re reading this and thinking, “yup, that’s me,” this is your reminder that you don’t need to keep pushing through low energy, poor recovery, and no progress.

I have 2 x 1:1 coaching spots open for December at the lowest price before rates increase next year.

If you’re ready for your nutrition to finally support your training, DM me the word COACH and let’s chat ☺️
