Using the gradient on the beam alongside the tower we can now target 🎯 the load to specific areas and start to bring in gravity.

Work your directions of travel and pressure drive through the ankle joint and bringing in the reaction of the foot.

Reminder to respect your feet as much as your hands.

Make friends with your feet, shake hands and make up.

Side note - give this a try, feels amazing. Might be difficult to start with and ease into the movements once in place. Your hand becomes the toe spacers. Let me know how it goes.
