MINI EGG CHOC CHEESECAKE 🐣🍫
If you’re wanting an Easter treat without blowing your macros… this is it.
Rich, creamy and chocolate-loaded - feels like a cheat, but isn’t
You’ll need:
• 300g quark or cottage cheese
• 100g 0% Greek yoghurt
• 1 egg
• 50g sweetener of choice
• 1 scoop of Spartan Protein Mini Egg Whey
• Dark chocolate
Toppings:�Spartan Protein Mini Egg Whey mixed in melted dark chocolate + Mini Eggs🥚🍫
Method:�Blend everything together until smooth, pour into a small tin and bake at 180°C for 30 mins (or air fryer for 20).
�Turn the heat off and let it sit for another 20 mins.
Chill for a few hours to set… then load it up with toppings.
Result?�A soft, creamy, basque-style cheesecake that feels indulgent but hits your goals.
Pro tips:
• If your mix is a bit runny, add 1 tbsp cornstarch
• Strain cottage cheese if needed
• It should still be slightly jiggly when it comes out - that’s perfect
