🧀 Keto Luxe Empire Cheddar Cheese & Almond Flour Mini Breads – Low-Carb & Delicious! 🍞
These small, round keto-friendly cheese breads are soft, cheesy, and perfectly golden, made with cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, and soft cheese. They’re perfect for a quick snack, breakfast, or as a side to your favorite keto meals!
🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8 Small Rolls)
✔ 1 cup (100g) almond flour
✔ 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
✔ 1 egg 🥚
✔ 2 tbsp soft cheese (cream cheese or ricotta)
✔ 1/2 tsp baking powder
✔ 1/4 tsp salt
✔ 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for extra softness)
🔥 Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Dough
2️⃣ In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3️⃣ Add shredded cheddar cheese, soft cheese, and egg, then mix until a soft dough forms.
4️⃣ If the dough is too dry, add 1 tbsp melted butter to make it more pliable.
Step 3: Shape & Bake
5️⃣ Divide the dough into 8 small round balls and place them on the baking tray.
6️⃣ Flatten slightly with your hands or a spoon.
7️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
