Taking time in nature can help us slow down and be more present in our daily lives π±π³ Nature therapy can help us to reduce stress, improve sleep and generally feel better in ourselves.
Join us at our nature therapy session where we will take time to connect with ourselves, nature and others through gentle activities including:
π³ a sensory walk along a river bank
π± taking time to sit in the forest and be more present with our surroundings
πΏ connecting with ourselves, others and our surroundings through mindful meditation
π reflection time with others and a hot drink and snack
This session is based at Sauchenhall Farm, Kirkintilloch.
Join Linda from Welcoming Wellness and Marjory from Creating Calm for a morning of self care in lovely surroundings where we will connect with nature through mindfulness and nature based practices. Taking time to slow down and be present, we can help support our health and wellbeing as we immerse ourselves in the natural world.
This retreat is run by Linda and Marjory who are both Registered Mental Health Nurses who offer creative and nature based wellbeing retreats and workshops to promote positive self care.
Investment- Β£25 which includes any materials and refreshments.
