It’s been a few months of change at HeadStrong towers… and all for the better as we continue our mission to improve the mental health and well being of people who are finding life challenging!! Our therapy team has grown and Brian is leading the charge over at HeadStrong Minds, and if you’re on this page then you’ll know I’m on a mission to continue taking our message to all who live or work with young people under the umbrella of HeadStrong Education. What a Tuesday. Fantastic day as always at , before being greeted by a beautiful sunset as I arrived to have some amazing conversations with williamwoodhighsch parents. And home to a glowing fire. Welcome to November 📚🌇🔥

Apologies for the radio silence on here!

This week I found myself with limited connection to the world and I’m not pro enough yet to have scheduled posts!

I spent the last week away on a cruise with my mum and 2 kids to celebrate mums 70th birthday.

During that time I found myself unexpectedly navigating some little waves of grief too- losses close to others that I care about, but that still hit deep alongside a fairly traumatic work related experience.

I found my self with limited phone signal due to roaming challenges and WiFi only if I was willing to remortgage my house.

But that meant I also found space to feel, think and learn.

Did I feel guilty? At times. But did I need reminded of what’s truly important in life? Maybe.

Sometimes life gives us contrast to remind us what matters most- presence, empathy, love and prevention through understanding 💙 And makes us take a moment of gratitude for all that we have.

My main takeaway? Buy the tickets! Life is way too short not to 💔❤️
