Today is world mental health day π and so I wanted to post about how important it is to take time out for ourselves - whether that's being with friends and family, being in nature, meditating, going for a massage, exercising or going out, having fun and enjoying life in other ways β€οΈ
Each and every one of us lead busy lives with many sources of stress that we need to manage on a daily basis, and without actively taking time out to pause, reflect, breath, and enjoy life, these stresses can build up over time and affect us negatively in different ways. This might be feelings of overwhelm and panic, tiredness, poor sleep, aches and pains, headaches, migraines, lack of motivation, general feelings of discontent about life, or even feelings of depression.
Pranic Healing is one way to take that time out for YOU β€οΈβ¨οΈ. If you're feeling any of these things and feel ready to try something new to help, I'm running a monthly healing clinic in the West End of Glasgow where you can get help with these types of issues.
Pranic Healing has improved my life in many aspects, both physically and mentally. I used to get migraines regularly because my mind was always so busy with worry, whereas now they are something I rarely experience and when I do they tend to pass quickly.
