The spread of my wings, the liberation of what is feared,
The initiator,
The red,
The opener of the ways,
Theseeker,
The seer, witch, and muse,
The blood, - transformative elixir of blood and life.
The body, the altar, and beginning and the end.
She who is compassionate, destructive, liberating, intoxicating, ecstatic, and most feared.
The wings
The vision on the stars in my dreams
Venus
Morning star
Night star
Eternal heavens
Bound to Her an by Her
She, the echos of our body.
The primal generative force
Our passions
Unlimiting potential
Her sexuality is unlimited.
Thoughts become things
Wisdom made manifest
Embodied within our selves and souls.
Her vessel is abundant and eternal
She flows and flies
And so as we seek
We find the eternal rivers flow within our veins
Redness, passion, lust, life, potency.
She who is
The flame, the spark, the fire, the hearth.
Red again, the heart.
Awaken
Arise
Awaken
As our bodies move and heat takes over
Energies rise and our bodies become
One.

Our bodies, The way we move Is a poetry in motion.

How we stand
Bend
Cast shadows
Telling of your life as it
speaks of wounds,
sings of its gifts,
shares your secrets as you walk.
And as you dance…
It speaks of all that you are,
all that has past, lifetimes pull through
Intention sparks are exuded
Life’s force is propelled
In the kinetic motion of your being

Our bodies
The altar upon which our souls reside in this life
The altar which is a gift to walk upon this beautiful realm of earth.
Our bodies- Earth- upon which we nourish, sustain and honour it as though we nourish, sustain and honour the life and the gods.
Our bodies- water - within which flows the rhythms of our emotion, the currents of our expression and the wisdom in our blood.
Our bodies- air- which utters the words of our expression, like a butterfly upon our tongue. That which our thoughts are carried and shared and made in to. And the breath, without which we cease to be.
Our bodies- fire- the ecstatic rising of our impulse, our drive, our passion and desires-the soul, the spirit, the ta***ic rising of the serpent- the warmth, the fires within our belly’s, the spark of divine fire.

For to witness and observe these small facets of ourselves, we too witness the gifts bestowed upon us as we live life. The gifts of universal wholeness, for as we move as ourselves, we are reflected in the movement of stars. What an honour and joy to behold. One to care and respect. One to nourish and love. One to truly ‘be’ in each moment- with love. A wonderful thought.

Join myself -Priestess & Sacred Dancer with Richard Hanson-Shamanic Practitioner on a collaborative journey through Shamanic practice & Sacred Dance.
On this exciting journey we come together to draw upon and work Shamanic practice, drum and journey to shed and release. We then move into the awakening fires of activation, dancing with Goddess' of Fire and Passion to awaken our inner strength, activate our desires and passions, and to spark that magic life force in to our world.

The Workshop will consist of:
Shamanic Journeying & Pathworking in to the dark soul of fires- allowing us to shed and release what no longer serves, what we wish to release and what may hold us back from our true desires and selves.
A Number of Sacred and Shamanic Dance Explorations, including:
- Using our bodies internal rhytms to guide us to shed, release and disconnect from unwanted energy.
-Dancing with the Spirit of Goddess- The spirit of Fire & Flame to ignite our passions, awaken to our strengths, gift us the vision to empower our world and to active our sweet life force to our intentions set for the year ahead.
Shamanic Drumming
Sharing circles- To share our experiences if we wish and to consider our intentions and desires.
The culmination of the workshop draws together all of our energy to create a deep honouring and celebration of the Spirit of Fire, & divine life force.

Points to consider:
* No prior experience necessary-This is about it feeling and following one's own rhythm and flow. -All practices will be explained and talked through.
* ⁠Suitable for all abilities -This is 'self guided movement' rather than a dance lesson.
This workshop is not about ability. But experiences heat and passion through our natural rhythms. The best of our own drum and no one else's.
* Throughout the workshop there is no obligation to participate in all or any of the movements and activities. If you feel you wish to come but struggle physically, you are more than welcome to attend and immerse in the energy and experience with your senses and intentions. You are welcome to participate physically in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
* This is a workshop about tuning in and listening to our own bodies and natural rhythms- do only what aligns and feels right for you.

You will need or good to bring if you have:
a yoga mat, blanket, drum, rattle, comfortable clothing for movement, clothes of the colours of flames-reds,golds, oranges, yellow, and or black-Not essential.
A drink, notebook and pen.

There will be short breaks throughout the workshop and light refreshments and herbal teas are provided too.

To walk in her luminescence

Connects us to the ever flowing currents and impulses and energies of our inner being; of which we are largely mostly made up of.

Ode to the moon
She of the silvery light and blue
Reigning in the sea of sky
She who knows mystery true,
In hidden soul of my eye.
Sailing your moon boat
Guiding my foot.
You who are the portal of boundaries,
Selas of the dark and hidden
Selas of the silvery light
Light of the eye, night goddess of the sky.
You who watch us in the dark
Guiding us, ethereal chariot Selene.
You, all knowing, all seeing
Guide my path,
Through darkness and light
Know I am your priestess
I am your guiding light.

May the rays of the midnight sun alight your path
Illuminate your inner sanctuaries
And gift you vision to be true and wise.

I craft rune stones from Greek island beach stones and wood collected from the trees in my garden. This set was made some 20 years ago.
I first came across runes after my late Grandfather Ralph.W.V.Elliott wrote a book about them called ‘Runes’😊 And he dedicated it and gave a copy to my Father.

*The first systems of writing developed and used by the Germanic peoples were runic alphabets. The runes functioned as letters, but they were much more than just letters in the sense in which we today understand the term. Each rune was an ideographic or pictographic symbol of some cosmological principle or power, and to write a rune was to invoke and direct the force for which it stood. Indeed, in every Germanic language, the word “rune” (from Proto-Germanic *runo) means both “letter” and “secret” or “mystery,” and its original meaning, which likely predated the adoption of the runic alphabet, may have been simply “(hushed) message.”

Present day Rune casting involves asking a specific question, then interpreting the meanings of the symbols inscribed on a set of stones (sometimes sticks or cards). The techniques for selecting Rune stones are varied. A single stone can be chosen from a bag in answer to a question, or a number of stones (usually three or nine) can be laid out in a variety of patterns, similar to a Tarot spread, for interpretation. Or, a handful of stones can be drawn, then cast onto a special cloth, where unique meanings can be assigned to Runes in the face-up and face-down positions.

Choosing a method of Rune casting is largely a matter of personal taste. None of these methods, or others omitted here, should be considered more authentic than the rest, since there is no reliable record of precisely how Runes were cast for divination in ancient times. When using the Runes, listen to your own wisdom in selecting the appropriate technique.

She who is Lilitu, Lilith, Queen of the Night. In Lilith, there was so much light that they feared her. Her Power. They tried to hide her away in the darkness. But the darkness, She became. Blackness, infinite wisdom, Blackest black, the Hand of Ishtar, wisdom keeper, whole and the keeper of the stars.

This is poetic embodiment. An ode to Lilith. Written and performed for a workshop held in 2023 with the beautiful astrologer Maria Jones
