I've started working towards my Level 5 Advanced Reflexology qualification. I'm really enjoying delving deeper into Foot Reflexology, and I am happy to say that in the next few weeks I will also be offering the following treatments:

Hi Everyone

Nice to see a wee bit of blue sky - a break in the clouds and a few rays of sun - good for the soul 🥰

Who knows maybe sometime soon we will be able to put away the rain coats and winter woolies. 🙃

Hi Everyone

🎋 I hope you’re all well after that crazy weather last week. It’s so lovely to see the first snow drops appearing now. A wee bit of the feeling of spring in the air and the longer days taking some of that greyness away.

🥰 I’m really looking forward to meeting some new clients this week and welcoming others back. I love creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who comes to visit.

🍄 You can enjoy all the health benefits of reflexology but also take that bit of time for yourself and just take a deep breath and relax into peace and calmness.

I was totally booked out this coming week, but someone had to reschedule so I now have:

Hi Everyone

Just a wee post to check in and chat 😊

👣 It was lovely meeting some new clients last week. One lady had her first ever treatment and I felt very lucky to be able to introduce her to reflexology.

🙂 It’s also a great feeling to see my other clients return to continue their reflexology journey. It’s a very personal experience and something I feel privileged to be part of.

As we get closer to February, we were even able to hear buzzards calling overhead during one treatment last week. Very cool! 🦅

🙂 Hi everyone, hope you are all well in this run up to Christmas.

🤧 There is a lot of sickness about, and it is easy to get run down while rushing around – we all do it! Take some time out and reset.

💪 Why not give your immune system a boost with a relaxing reflexology treatment.
