Hi there my name is Allan Roy I am 37 years of age a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, a level 3 Personal Trainer and qualified Nutritionist in Advanced Sports & Exercise Nutrition and weight management

I started my journey with nutrition during the spring of 2013. I was 14st 4lb, I trained 5 nights a week at Taewkondo but was not seeing any results. I couldn’t understand why so I knew it had to be my diet. I had heard about a gym offering a nutrition plan so decided to join. This was where my eyes were opened. It was from here I went on to gain access to my first course in weight management and nutritional advisory. I was gripped. I then managed to complete my level 5 diploma Cfn in nutrition. I wasn’t able to stop, just like I wasn’t able to stop eating, until I had been shown the light. I have, since my eyes were opened, gone on to gain a lvl 4 Afn in Nutrition, Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutrition, Advanced Nutrition Diploma. I have lost 3st since I began my Journey and dropped 2 jean sizes. I was a size 34 waist now I am a size 30. There have been ups and downs but as is the process of change it is a constant battle but the main battle is in the mind. Once you are able to overcome the hurdles and pull yourself out of the pit falls and find the correct mindset anything is achievable. As you can I see I am not just someone trying to tell people to exercise more and what to eat because I am qualified but I have been on the same journey you seek. I have friends and colleagues that have joined me on the way and have had marvellous results.
