Here’s what I’ve done so far… and what I’m about to take on next šŸ‘Š

From pulling a 1.5-tonne car for 53km, to running 320km from Manchester to London, to completing the world’s highest duathlon at 12,000ft, every challenge has pushed me to the edge.

🧊 Arctic ultras.
šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø Non-stop marathons.
🌊 Triathlons across land, sea, and freezing isolation.
Each one designed to test limits—physically, mentally, emotionally.

But I’m not done yet.
Here’s what’s next:

šŸŒ Project Latitude – Attempting the most Northern Ironman in history… in Svalbard. Polar bears, -16°C, and total isolation.

šŸ›ļø Arch to Arc Double – A 280km run, Channel double-crossing, and 580km cycle between two iconic arches—twice.

Why do I do it?
To raise the bar.
To raise money.
To remind people that the human spirit is unbreakable.

Spoiler alert: it was.

At the UK’s leading simulated altitude facility, I attempted something no one else had done before:

šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø 10km run
šŸš“ā€ā™‚ļø 150km bike
šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø 30km run
all at the simulated altitude of 12,500 feet, roughly the height of Mount Fuji.

Less oxygen.
More strain.
Extreme dehydration.
Rising heart rate.
And constant risk of altitude sickness.

The goal?
To complete a 190km endurance duathlon under simulated high-altitude conditions, something never before attempted at this scale.

And we did it.
āœ… 11.5 hours of nonstop effort.
āœ… Over Ā£13,000 raised for charity.
āœ… One more line added to a growing list of "impossible" things I now know are possible.

I didn’t expect it to hit that hard.
But that’s the point.
Growth doesn’t live at sea level.
