Hi, I’m a Personal Trainer based in Longlevens with over 18 years experience. I’ve recently set up a private studio for 1-1 personal training.

I specialise in weight loss, healthy living, strength training, core stability and postural correction. The studio contains all brand new commercial grade gym kit.
