Gameday Kicking has partnered with the SGS Bristol Pride American Football Academy to hold the 2024 Kicker and Punter Tryouts for ages 15-22.

The tryouts will be held on Sunday, 21st January at the SGS College Wise Campus, home to the UK’s only purpose built Gridiron. As part of the tryouts you will receive a full day of coaching and evaluation from myself, .faithfull , Edmonton Elks placekicker in the CFL.

You will receive QUALITY coaching on kicking fundamentals, and learn specific skills and drills that will make you a better kicker. Although there will be focus on your physical abilities, we will also spend time in the classroom, studying the psychology of kicking, and understanding what it takes to perform under pressure.

If you are currently a kicker in the UK and you want to take your game to the next level, this day is for you. This is also a call-out to athletes in other sports. You may be a footballer, or a rugby player who is responsible for the kicking on your team. Or perhaps you are just looking for something new to try. Come along and find out about this amazing sport and all the opportunities it can open in your future.

Great to catch up with Coach Herman Smith at the CSU Pueblo football game. Herman played in the and was teammates with at the BC Lions. An absolute dream to be surrounded by football legends.
