Today I’m celebrating a proud milestone — I’ve graduated with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Studies! 🎓
In 2016 I completed an FdSc in Health and Complementary Therapies and always hoped to continue my studies. This Sport and Exercise BSc has changed my lifestyle and mindset: I now prioritise daily movement and fitness. Studying hasn’t been easy — long nights of research and assignments, stress about deadlines, and strict time management — but it’s been worth it. This degree has also been an important stepping stone toward my next goal: a master’s in Psychology, which I started this September.
A heartfelt thank you to my family, friends, and customers. Your support made this possible. I’m so grateful to share this moment with you. ❤️

💕 Dear Customers 💕
I’m thrilled to announce that I will be starting my Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Gloucestershire's City Campus. The course runs full-time from September 2025 to May 2026, which will impact my salon's opening hours.
My study days will be every Thursday and Friday, so my salon will now be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday evenings, and Saturdays.
My online booking system is up and running with plenty of availabilities. If you encounter any issues or can’t find an available appointment, please don’t hesitate to message me.
I feel incredibly grateful and blessed to have your support during this exciting journey. A heartfelt thank you to all my lovely customers who have been with me and continue to support me.

Dear customers,
I’m thrilled to share that I have officially graduated with honors (2:1) in Applied Sport and Exercise Studies! 🎓✨ It’s been a journey filled with late nights and hard work, and the feeling of achievement is truly incredible.
As I look forward to the next chapter, I’m preparing to pursue my Master’s degree. I've submitted my application to the University and am eagerly awaiting my interview date and confirmation about my course starting in October.
Please note that my booking system is currently open for appointments until the end of September. I will need to take a week off in October to attend lectures, so once I receive confirmation about my dates, I’ll reopen my online booking system.

I have also recently switched 50% of all our towels to disposable towels, which are biodegrade in 8 weeks and are compostable. The new towels are eco-friendly and made from 100% soft and natural biodegradable wood fibres from certified sustainable sources.
