Before these sessions I don't think I can remember a time when I let my voice be heard like that.
Lisa leads the whole thing with such openness and energy, and I met some lovely people.
I recorded my voice reading a poem before I did the course and I physically recoiled at the sound of it. I try and be kind to myself in all ways but I just couldn't listen to it and it made me feel so uncomfortable and almost sick.
After the course I recorded myself singing something and I thought 'that sounds pretty good, I dont mind that'
It's really changed something in me that I was hoping for but didn't expect to happen in a million years.
