Spaces still available for this amazing practice to switch off and re-boot. Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep meditation. After a few gentle stretches, you will have time to get yourself comfortable and to snuggle up in your blanket. I will guide you through a practice to lead you to a place in-between wakefulness and being asleep. In this state, the brain waves slow down and the parasympathetic nervous system is activated. It is truly a state of ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’. In our busy world, many people find it extremely beneficial to slow their busy minds and take some restorative ‘time-out’. £10 per class.
