💪 Tendon pain that just won’t quit? Let’s talk about it.

Whether it’s that nagging ache in your shoulder or a sharp twinge in your heel when you take your first steps in the morning — you might be dealing with tendinopathy.

At Thrive Body Clinic, we see this all the time — especially in people trying to stay active while juggling busy lives. The two classic culprits?

👉 Biceps tendinopathy – pain at the front of the shoulder that flares when you reach or lift.
👉 Achilles tendinopathy – heel or calf pain that’s worst in the morning or after activity.

The tricky thing about tendinopathy is that it often lingers. Rest alone rarely fixes it, and doing too much too soon can make it worse.
