In care, we see every day how mental health affects people in different ways — clients, colleagues, family, and friends alike. For men especially, it can sometimes be harder to open up or ask for help, but support is always available, and no one should ever feel they have to cope alone.

The Nightingale Homecare Family was founded by our company directors Chris & Andy in 2013. Chris and Andy have over 27 years of experience in the care sector between them. Our success has been built on a foundation of providing exceptional care to each and every one of our clients and we couldn’t do this without the dedicated and professional team of staff that we employ, all of our staff are extremely passionate about their work.

We ensure all of our staff have the qualifications, skills, experience, personality and personal qualities required to deliver enabling and personalised care in accordance with the company’s ethos of providing person centred care. Our aim is to deliver person centred care in an enabling way to ensure where possible we reduce support dependency, which maximises an individuals health and well-being.

Nightingale Homecare are available to assist and support individuals to lead independent fulfilling lives in their own home. As well as providing practical care and support including personal care, we provide companionship and additional support to individuals so as they can pursue their interests and hobbies or attend social events.
