🌺 Armistice Day – We Will Remember Them 🌺
This morning, our team and carers will join together in a two-minute silence to honour those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom.
Whether in the office, out in the community, or with our clients, we will pause to remember the bravery, courage and dedication of all who gave so much.
Lest we forget. ❤️

🌺 Remembrance Sunday 🌺
Today, we come together to remember and honour all who have served and sacrificed — those who gave their lives, those who returned, and those who continue to protect us every day.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who gave so much, past and present, to the families who continue to carry their legacy and to all our emergency services who dedicate their lives to keeping us safe and free.

As the skies sparkle tonight, our dedicated carers are helping the people we support enjoy the evening safely and comfortably — with warm drinks and chats about fond memories of Bonfire Nights gone by. ✨
We know the noise and excitement can be a little much for some, so we’re taking extra care to make sure everyone feels calm, cosy, and cared for. 💛
If you have elderly neighbours or loved ones who may be affected by the noise, why not take a moment to check-in with them and reassure them, a friendly chat can make all the difference. 🫶
Stay safe, stay warm, and enjoy the glow of the night!

💚Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month💚
This month, we’re shining a light on men’s mental health — an important reminder that it’s okay not to be okay, and that talking about how we feel can make a real difference.
In care, we see every day how mental health affects people in different ways — clients, colleagues, family, and friends alike. For men especially, it can sometimes be harder to open up or ask for help, but support is always available, and no one should ever feel they have to cope alone.
If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out — talk to a friend, colleague, or a professional. You can also find support from:
📞 Samaritans: 116 123
📞 Mind: 0300 123 3393
📞 CALM: 0800 58 58 58.
💚To all the men in our team — thank you for everything you do. Please remember to take care of you too💚
Together, let’s keep breaking the stigma and supporting each other.
