A great session yesterday helping out a friend with TMJ (jaw issues). Stress & tension can consume us all...and often slowly. Teeth grinding, neck tension and pain are common but treatable! If you are in the same boat and would like help resetting the system...or just chill out and get some pain relief then get in touch! Peace x

Spring blossoms and so can we so if you need any help getting going then do ask. I have some space for new clients during the coming weeks.

Recently I have been helping people address and get over old stress/anxiety patterns, recover from serious knee injuries and to get moving again after back pain to name a few but my style of treatment can help all sorts of ailments.
