Our chairperson Eilidh took the opportunity to take part in a breathwork led by the amazing Good Vibes Meditation Mental Health and Wellbeing Trust and Horse Therapy and cuddles led by Harmony Fields.

Eilidh says "It was an amazing day stepping out of my comfort zone to take part in the breathwork was nerve wracking but so worth it. Then to have time with the horses just added to the day! I was at peace for a while 2 hours. I'm looking forward to connecting members of the group with both Good Vibes and harmony Fields to create a box of coping skills and peace. For 2 hours just being present something that we all often overlook"

Today we remember the victims of the Dunblane tragedy.
28 years ago, 16 children and their teacher lost their lives at Dunblane Primary School.

They will never be forgotten. Our thoughts remain with their families, the community of Dunblane, and everyone affected.

Remembering the Angels of Dunblane and their teacher on the 30th anniversary of that tragic day.
Thoughts, love and prayers to their families, friends and everybody affected.
