🌿 Welcome to The Gathering – Forth Valley 🌿
We’re delighted to introduce The Gathering, a new adult only (18+) peer support mental health group based right here in Forth Valley.
Our aim is simple – to bring people together. We know that social isolation and loneliness can affect anyone, and we want to create a safe, relaxed and welcoming space where members of our community can connect, chat and feel supported.

The Gathering is a free, fortnightly group open to anyone who feels they would benefit from peer support or simply some good company. There’s no pressure, no judgement – just community.
We’re also passionate about working alongside other local charities and community groups to make sure people can access well-rounded support when they need it. Together, we’re stronger.
A huge thank you to The Grangemouth Railway Club for kindly gifting us the space to host our group – we truly appreciate your support.
