Homemade chilli turkey balls, πŸ”₯ brushed with egg whites with some chilli salt, sauce is made up of tinned tomatoes, garlic, kidney beans, onions celery and peppers all cooked in a large frying pan, then add a chicken stock cube, I had long grain rice with this, but can use wholegrain, its important when making healthy choices that you have a balanced of all foods,

These are great as can be pre made due to freezing them, they can be a normal snack I just added extra protein powder to build up the protein, Recipe and stats ⏬
Per serving
200 calories

5g fibre

Per serving
1 weetabix crushed with a little soya milk to combine together, push down with a spoon.
150g Greek yogurt with 10g of protein powder then add orange extract, zest from 1 lemon. Mix in a dish then pore over the weetabix.
Sprinkle teaspoon of flaxseed over the yogurt.
Leave in freezer to set about 6 hours, (depending on what dish you use, this a vary)
Take out hour before you wish to eat, add which fruit you wish,

And thats as hard as it get, so simple,

You can quite simply choose any fruit and flavours that you wish,
