🍐 in Chinese medicine, dry throat, sore throat or dry cough is treated by nourishing yin with pear.

I had a dry throat after flying and this pear water fixed it in a flash! 🍐

Having outstanding Anatomy is so important when conducting acupuncture for pain. Yes distal points are needed for long lasting results, yes constitutional points are needed for lasting change, but for pain and injury understanding your piriformis from your gluteus medius or your sciatic nerve from your femoral nerve is also just as important.

I am so humbled by today and a little bit emotional, but also knowledge is power for me and my clients.
