I'm overwhelmed and confused with my next steps.

This is how my client felt when we had our first session.

In 3 months my client has learnt how to gain clarity and direction.

My goal in life has always been to be successful.

But what does success actually mean?

3 years ago I thought it meant:
- Money
- Big houses
- Designer bags
- A life of an instagram influencer

My ideas of success were warped by society, family, media and social pressures.

Feeling stuck, like a failure and in a rut, forced me down a new path.

A journey inwards.

Do you know what happened? It unlocked the bliss inside me.

I'm still striving for success, it just looks different.

I now want:
- Financial freedom
- Location freedom
- Experiences and adventure
- To help others achieve the previous 3 👆

My version of success suits ME.

It's my state of bliss, it's my happiness and it's my power.

Are you really living life?

Or just paying bills untill you die?

You deserve to experience more than just bills, stress and survival.

You deserve to experience excitement, joy and a zest for life and your goals.

But how?

Unlike the internet tells you it doesn't always come from:
👉 a new job
👉 change in enviroment
👉 becoming your own boss

Those 3 things can be key factors of growth.

BUT it starts with you. From witihin.

You can change all the external factors in the world, but without making a change internally, change will always be fleeting.

You must first evolve:
👉 your mindset
👉 your wellbeing
👉 your beliefs / values

Otherwise change will not happen.

You have to do the inner work to see the outter world results.
You must learn to be your own version of paradise.

It's a process that requires you to learn, adapt and repeat. It can be difficult to start the journey on your own.

I once served a 10 year sentence.

A sentence I never want to repeat.

I spent over 10 years of my life worrying about pleasing others.

Changing myself to "fit in".

Afraid to say no.

Abusing my boundaries and constantly attacking my self esteem.

This left me:
- Exhausted
- Battling with mental health
- Wearing a mask 24/7
- Afraid to put myself first

How many of you can relate?

One day I said enough is enough and I got to work.

I worked on:
- Overcoming limiting beliefs
- Changing my thought process
- Identifying my values and boundaries
- Implementing routines to foster growth

Life after was all sunshine, rainbows and happines...
