Whilst I have now stopped teaching the classes at Belmont Hall I am very pleased to say that a Di Keran, a beautiful yogi, will be continuing to provide yoga in the hall. See flyers attached re her classes.

It’s with a very heavy heart that I say that tonight is my last yoga class.

And so, if you are not able to join us tonight then please let me say a very big thank you to all of you lovely yogis, yoginis and yogi babies for letting me share the practice of yoga with you all.

You have all filled my heart with such joy and love and so, to use the words from a Buddhist prayer I would like to close this post by saying:-

‘With a boundless heart should one cherish all beings, radiating kindness over the entire world.
Upwards towards the sky, downwards towards the depths.
May you be happy
May you be at ease
May you be free from danger
May you be loved’.

There’s a change coming… I am on the move.

I know many of you will have joined me in classes in local halls or my lovely yoga cabin but I am moving away now up to the Suffolk Coast.

My last class will be Thurs 14th Sept in Belmont Hall, Grays. It would be lovely to see you but if you cannot make it then let me please take this opportunity to thank you all for your love and support and for joining me on this beautiful path of yoga.

May you live in every moment, laugh every day and love beyond words.

Christmas Chillout Sessions on Tuesday 20th and Thursday 22nd December.

Prepare for a deeply restorative yoga practice.

Bring a blanket, a pillow and don’t forget to wear your Christmas onesie or warm winter pjs.

Good morning all.

This evenings class will be Yin inspired and suitable for all and you may wish to bring a blanket for an extra cosy relaxation to close.

Both classes will be running next week and both will be Deep Christmas Chillout classes. So dig out the Christmas pjs or onesie and bring a blanket and cushion/pillow.

We will then have a brief break over the Christmas period with classes returning on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Finally, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you all for love and support that you have given me over what has been one of the most heartbreaking years of my life.

All that is left to say is that if I don’t get to see you in class then I hope that you have a very Happy Christmas and that 2023 brings you love, light and laughter.

Big thank you to everyone for their patience, love and support during what has been an incredibly heartbreaking time for myself and family. Thank you also for your lovely cards, flowers and messages of support, they have meant a great deal to us. Thank you.
