At Unwind: Massage by Anna, your treatment doesn’t have to end when you leave the room. Here are a few simple things you can do between appointments to help your body hold onto the benefits of your massage and support your overall wellbeing:
💧 Stay hydrated – Drinking plenty of water helps your body function at it’s best and allows your muscles to heal and repair.
🧘♀️ Stretch gently – A few minutes of light stretching each day can help maintain flexibility and prevent tension from building up again.
🚶 Keep moving – Regular walks or gentle movement help circulation and keep your muscles feeling loose.
😴 Prioritise rest – Good sleep allows your body to repair and recover, helping those relaxed muscles stay that way.
🌿 Listen to your body – Notice when tension is building and give yourself time to slow down, breathe, and reset. Make sure you don't wait until you're in pain before your next massage!
