YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A REGISTERED CARE MANAGER
You Must:
The Registered Home Manager will:
Oversee the running of an established home and staff team and ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the staff team are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
Have full autonomy of the running of the home and will have strong budget management skills and commercial acumen and the ability to develop occupancy levels and reduce agency usage.
Continue to develop excellent community links and promote the homes unique offering.
Develop the home and drive good to reach Outstanding ratings with CQC

The location is set at the heart of Meols, the borough of Wirral, just minutes from facilities such as shops, churches, a post office, public library and two Merseyrail stations. The
Woodlands offers personal care for 15 residents as well as respite and day care. Our small size, homely environment and friendly staff contribute to the genuine family atmosphere that is often commented on.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Education:
Master's (preferred)
Experience:
REGISTERED MANAGER: 3 years (preferred)
