What a special evening!

Tonight we held our very first Gong Bath here in the village and what a beautiful beginning it was. Fifteen wonderful people joined us in this extraordinary old chapel in Fressingfield built in 1835.

With its distinctive coffin shaped design interpreted as a reflection on the brevity of life, the chapel holds such a unique presence. Now used for Arts and Music, its incredible acoustics made it feel like the perfect home for the deep, resonant tones of the gongs.

It was an honour to share this experience in a place so rich with history, reflection and sound.

For those in the North Suffolk area, our next Gong Bath will be on April 10th. We would love to welcome you.

Feeling so proud of all the people I’ve trained over the past few years. You have all grown into truly accomplished Gong Practitioners.

Last night we shared a beautiful three hour seasonal Sonic session, and the balance between the five of us felt deeply aligned and effortless.

I haven’t offered Gong training for a while due to our big move, but I’m excited to be offering another training later this year.

Embark on a four-day Gong training, an accredited course, and journey into the world of sound. Learn to play the Gongs in a serene setting with Leigh, a dedicated Sound & Yoga Practitioner from Notley Yoga Centre and Vortex Sound & Yoga.

This course will provide you with firsthand experience of the Gongs, enabling you to incorporate them into your daily life and conduct Gong Baths with an in-depth understanding of these enchanting healing instruments.

The Vortex Gong Practitioners Course concludes with a 3.5-hour mini puja today. I am immensely proud of the group for their dedication, evident in their remarkable performance today. Their fluidity and confidence were truly impressive. I am thrilled that they will soon be sharing their passion and expertise with others through the Gongs.

Module 2 Gong Practitioners Course yesterday!
Another full on day of learning. Experimenting with other intstuments and how they effect flow of a Gong Bath. Working in a 121 setting and lots of discussion!!!

Gong Practitioners Course 2024

Day 1 on the Gong Practitioners Course. Easing their way in with some basic strokes and experimenting with VOLUME 😉 sharing ideas and discussing the expectations of a Gong Baths and a little history!

Finished with a little grounding Savasana as it can feel a little overwhelming.
