🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 We had a wonderful day today celebrating St George's Day and reminiscing.... along with a few other surprises throughout the day 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The morning was spent with our therapy dog George 🐶🐾🦴 the residents absolutely love it when George comes to visit, they have cuddles and kisses and even sneak him a cheeky treat...or 2!

The afternoon we were joined by the amazingly talented David John Dee for a fantastic 60's show 🎙️🎶 the residents... especially the ladies loved it 😁 and are already looking forward to seeing you again 🤩

Today we celebrated 'National Tea Day' not that we ever need an excuse for a good cuppa and cake! ☕🍰

Our chef went the extra mile and treated us to freshly made scones and they were absolutely delicious! 🤩😋

Safe to say, they didn’t last long! 😆😍

The response for our crochet 'Forget Me Not' has been fantastic and we have already received quite a lot for Dementia Awareness week in May 💙🌸

However, we are still hoping for more in order for our project to come to life 🙏 please if you can get involved in crocheting these beautiful Forget Me Not we would be so grateful💙😃

🏆✨ BATTLE OF THE HOMES! ✨🏆

This afternoon we went head-to-head with some of our Crystal Care Collection homes. Residents, staff & family members all got involved to see who would be crowned the ultimate quiz masters 😝

We are proud to say Arplemere came a very close 2nd place and we will be proudly hosting the quiz next month 🎉

Another fantastic morning of exercises with Burns Gym 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏋️‍♀️

Our residents did amazing today,lots of movement in both arms and legs, and we definitely worked up a sweat! 😆💪
Great energy, great effort, and plenty of smiles all around.

John, our wonderful resident at Arplemere, has stepped up as the new boss! He’s making sure everything is running like clockwork and keeping us all on our toes 👀

Happy Ladies Day 🏇

We spent the afternoon in our cinema celebrating Aintree Ladies Day 🏇🍷👗

The hats were on 👒 the wine was poured, the racing was on the big screen and we topped it off with some amazing cupcakes made by our very own chef 🧁
