Meditation is not breath control. It is breath observation. In my sessions we train awareness without interference to build genuine clarity and regulation 🌿

Meditation reveals how quickly the mind assigns blame.
This person. That situation. Yesterday’s event.

But beneath the narrative is activation.
Heat in the chest.
Pressure in the jaw.
Tight breath.

Stay with sensation long enough
and the story loses dominance.

What remains is workable energy.

Do this every day. Sit for five minutes before touching your phone in the morning. This protects mental clarity before stimulation enters.

We practise this structure inside session for long term stability.

Use this tomorrow morning.
