National Fun Day is a reminder that life is meant to be lived, not just managed! 🎈 Today, we’re stepping away from the routine to embrace the silly, the amusing, and the adventurous.

Our Practitioners definitely know how to switch off! From climbing mountains 🏔️ and jetting off on holiday ✈️ to brunching with friends 🥂 and getting crafty 🎨, we make sure to keep the "fun" in our fundamentals.

Being a bystander is easy; being an Upstander is brave. On International Stand Up to Bullying Day, we’re reminding ourselves that silence often fuels the fire.

How to be an Upstander today:

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭: Change the subject or distract from the bullying.

𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Reach out to the person being targeted—let them know they aren't alone.
