Mental wellness isn't a destination; it’s a practice. Here are three small ways to support your mind this week:
1️⃣ Digital Detox: Set a "sleep mode" for your apps an hour before bed.
2️⃣ Move Your Way: Whether it’s a walk, a dance-off, or a gym session, get those endorphins moving.
3️⃣ Speak Up: Finding one trusted person to talk to can change everything.
