So excited to announce John Mackie will be bringing some warmth and chi to our town at meridian moments on Friday 12th December at 2.45

(The hour session is Free to existing clients or £5 for public enquiries) message to secure a limited space 🙏

Qigong is a similar practice to Tai Chi and can be done gently / adapted for those with restricted movement 🙌
