I’m back at Holton Studio on Tuesday 2nd Sept, 12:45–1:30pm for a 45 minute lunchtime sound bath designed to relax and restore your mental, physical and emotional health.

Now the kids are back, it’s the perfect midweek opportunity to pause, reset and take a little time just for you.
