Never feel embarrassed about coming back to group after a break, I’ve been there many times and I’m so glad I never gave up, it may have been my 15th or even 50th attempt but I’m so glad I got back and tried again, each experience taught me something different and eventually I got there, which I wouldn’t of if I’d given up trying. So don’t think any one will judge cos most of us know exactly how you feel x

I just love a September restart. There is no shame is starting and trying again, don’t give up on your dream. It would be lovely to see anyone back who’s wanting to give it another go or go for the final push. Where would you like to be going into 2025? You could be a whole new person x
