This week and every week choose respect, bullying doesn’t just happen in the playground it can happen at work, at home, at uni and in many other places it shouldn’t. My advice to anyone going through this whoever you are please don’t suffer alone, talk about it with trusted people, use your voice to expose wrongdoing, if you don’t feel comfortable doing that that’s ok too, always remember you are enough and the issue lies with the bully not you 🖤
