Why would runners come and see a chiropractor?

In this video I address a few of the issues I see when runners come in to see me. The biggest misconception I see is that they believe they need to be in pain to come and see me.

I work on ensuring the muscles are firing well, joints are fully mobile and they have exercises to continue making progress outside of the treatment room.

The Weekend just gone finalised my Journey on completing a Masters in Chiropractic. Finally gave myself some appreciation for the Journey I have been on not just for the two years doing the degree but also the last five years with my own Sports Massage Business After leaving the world of teaching.

It was a nerve wracking decision taking the opportunity to Go back to university to retrain as a chiropractor but one I’m glad I did and met some incredible friends along the way.

As always I couldn’t have done it without The Support of my lovely wife who as many know is my better half and yes I am punching I know that. She’s supported me through thick and thin and who I Credit Most of my success to.

Here’s to the Next few years continuing my Journey of becoming a better practitioner and offering more with patients as the practice continues to grow.

Pleased to announce that I will be working out of a 2nd clinic in Dorking called Balanced chiropractic. I will be there 3-8pm on Wednesdays to start but will add a 2nd day in the near future once settled, so if local to the area of Dorking and want to book in just call the number on the post or my number in my bio. Excited to be able to help more people 😊
