Can’t go to Belfast & not have an ‘Irish Stew’ 🍲
Check out for their traditional stew!

Head to Darcy’s and they have some great traditional meals
🍲Stew - with yummy Irish soda bread
🥔 Boxty - Veggie or meat
🍤 Seafood Chowder

Cost restaurant, lovely atmosphere and tasty food with good portions!

If you love your meat you have to check out

Went for the ‘Chateaubriand’ platter
mushrooms and veggies on the side and yummy blue cheese dip!

Amazing food in Belfast starts with Brunch - .cafe
🍳🍞🥓 🍄

If you are visiting the heart of Belfast- you have to check out Neighbour Hood Cafe - different options and not just your standard

I had the special Mushroom Focaccia with Garlic green sauce, Parmesan shavings and 2 poached eggs

They also have other Savoiry options:
🍳 Turkish eggs - Poached eggs in garlic yogurt with Soursough toast

🥜 Scrambled Rayu - scrambled eggs on Sourdough w/ peanut rayu topping!

🥣Porridge bowls - spiced plum & caramelised topping or Rhubarb crumble stylee

Other sweet options:
🍍 Granola - Greek Yoghurt, pineapple and courgette jam!
🥞 Pancakes - Cinnamon w/ Bacon and honeycomb butter and maple syrup

They have different seasonal specials which combine some amazing and different flavours …..This place is a must try!

💦 Water great British Nationals… Dive- Splash- Swim -Win 🥇🥈🥉

Made a Splash at The British Masters in Sheffield 🏊🏼‍♀️

Came away with:
British Record & European Record in our relay

Individually - 2 Silvers and 2 Bronze
🥈🥉

Super psyched and with a massive 9 second PB on my 200 backstroke - smashed it 💥

Feeling Strong - Amazing Team!

& just missed out on a Bronze on my 200m Backstroke

Super psyched to achieve medals in the pool after training so hard this year!

Definitely a dish to try … I might have to replicate at home!

🥘Rice - Mixed/Topped with Cheese and choice of filling 🍚 🧀

🥦🎃 I had Pumpkin & Broccoli
Super Tasty!
🔥 They keep it hot over a heat flame - see Pic 2 !!

I wanted extra veg and some protein so had a smoked salmon salad too!
Still feeling for Swimmjng Comp - great meal combo
