Took my little tree to the Christmas Tree Festival at St Peter and St Paul Church, Olney. It was invited to represent Julie Jones Yoga, so I feel really touched that my little tree is playing its part.
It will have a whole forest of Christmas trees to keep it company and lots of entertainment to keep it in the Christmas spirit.

YESTERDAY - fun playing around with flowers AGAIN yesterday - Magical arrangement taught by Jan Henson 😊set in pearl water beads.

TODAY - taking stock of the dried flowers that are all ready for Saturday’s half-day Recharge and Reset retreat. A gorgeous combination of yoga, foodie treats and making dried flower arrangements for bouquets and vases.

Loved seeing these in Leeds market - dried flowers are making a real comeback!

I’m so looking forward to including dried flower arranging in my upcoming retreats along with, of course, the joy of calming yoga.

11th October and 22nd November are big dates in my diary!

Loving getting prepared to make these events special at Yardley Hastings Memorial Hall.

Great workshop today - learned a lot and fun too. Spot the fake pumpkin!
Really looking forward to including gentle and mindful flower arranging in my upcoming Saturday afternoon retreats. Soothing yoga and relaxed, uncomplicated dried flower arranging.

Quite a day! All weathers at the fabulous Grange Park Fest.
Loved setting up my yoga display and stall and meeting other stallholders and passers by.
Loved sharing all about my local yoga classes .

Similar to the 9.15am Thursday class with its welcoming and relaxed vibe, but this class is designed to ease you into your evening.

Come along to explore gentle yoga and how it helps your flexibility, mobility and balance.
